Was pleasant.

Breakfast was tasty, I really liked the extra servings, plus in the early morning there was a few guest. The room was spacious, I do like the attached shower tub as I do prefer taking a bath rather than showering. They have ample parking space at the property, so no worries for parking.

The property needs a refresh, it is rather old style and design. I think a new interior design for the rooms would be great. TV reception for channels needs to be up to date.

Pleasant but it rained heavily. I recommend the hotel provide umbrellas.

The breakfast was excellent. The facilities were a little old but they still worked. The elevator to the car park was somewhat worrying. They put the coffee, creamer and sugar sachets in tiny slots in the drawers which made them difficult to extract.

Car park elevator somewhat rickety. Nothing else to complain about.

Nice hotel

Comfortable bed, spacious room, good breakfast selections, clean and great location too. Staffs were friendly and nicely decorated building.

Valet parking staff were too stiff, lot was empty but some walk in guest wishing to have breakfast at hotel weren’t allowed to park in front of the hotel, you may lost potential customer if keep doing that.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The toilet with the bathtub was great.

I loved the breakfast and staff were very friendly...

I loved the breakfast and staff were very friendly especially housekeepers.

Hotel itself is old. I hated the bathroom. Bathtub was old and I didn’t want to take shower in it. Also toilet was smelly. It is not because they do not clean it, I guess because of they need to upgrade or whatever.

The room carpet not clean..found a very long hair ..i wonder if the cleaner vacuum it or not..also found several ants around the study table.the furniture is quite old..

Perfect. Worth every dollar

Perfect. Breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. And there is iron with ironing board in the room too. Perfect place for a short gateway. Definitely worth every dollar.

Nothing I don't like about the hotel, but if there is room for improvement, maybe staff missed some dirts in the bathroom to be cleaned, which can be seen, but I don't really mind, as it was not so much.

Call centre service is very helpful and friendly.

I'm not alone, I'm with my fiance. I made a reservation for the Deluxe Room and requested a king bed but upon check-in they upgrades me to the Premier Room - Twin Bed which I did not request for. I asked him why you suddenly upgrades me to the Premier Room when I booked the Deluxe Room. He just said that all Deluxe Rooms - King beds have been sold out. Then I asked him can I change a room later, he told me no. Fully booked. And asked me to come to the reception in next morning to check the room availability. Well, I didn't want to ask anymore because it seemed like the guy at the reception didn't show his geniune interest to the guests also. Logically I booked earlier. Not a last minute reservation. I'm very frustrated. This is the 2nd time I've been staying with Concorde but didn't expect this dissapointment. I am curious how they handle guest bookings. The reception should improve their communication skills.

in all, the stay is good. the staff are friendly. location is superb

the premium benefits is quite good with the treatment that I received in premium lounge.

room for premium room is the same as deluxe room. did not meet my expectation. personnel inside premium lounge reception is not always at the table, need to go to main reception table for any business
